Pomodoro`s in Catskill

Pomodoro's is a good place to eat, and it is popular among the locals. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. While I did not have the pizza, I'm told it is good. The entree portions are large, so you won't go away hungry. I had Chicken Teresa, which was good. The chicken was egg dipped and served with a marsala sauce, spinach and mushrooms over your choice of four pastas. The pasta was cooked fresh and not overdone. The mushrooms and spinach were also fresh. The only complaint would be the dish was too wet. Perhaps the pasta wasn't drained well. The sauce was therefore diluted. The prices are fair, there is ample parking and it is family friendly They have a bar, and a few beers on tap.

We are eat regularly here. Always good food and friendly service. Moderately priced. Biggest qualm is the lack of waiting space as it can become very cramped at peak and weekend dinner times. It should also be noted that they do not have baby changing stations in either restrooms. During our last visit my wife had to change our daughter on the dirty floor of the women's room. The restrooms always seem to be dirty and messy. The service for the most part is always attentive. As regulars, we certainly know who the better waitresses are. Sometimes the service can sometimes be less than bearable when they get large parties in the dining room. But for generally, most are very good.

Food was great! Portions are large! Prices are reasonable! Left full an happily satisfied!

Not from around here but should have went to Pizza Hut. Thank you for the incredibly soggy pizza. The crust was like mushy in the middle, please learn to make a pizza and not waste peoples money....you owe me $24.00

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The veal is amazing, and I love their salad dressing. YUM.. I also will say that the waitresses are all great. Love this place!!!

Got delivery, white buffalo chicken pizza, no mozzarella, 1 chicken cutlet on it kinda cut up and a little buffalo sauce. Center of pizza the little bit of cheese wasn't melted.

Huge Mother’s Day take out fail, waited over an hour for two meals ordered on Saturday for pickup at six on Sunday. Appeared to be no one in charge or any order to operation.

We get takeout occasionally from here. Food is always good.

Amazing food, good prices and awesome selection. Delivery is always fast and friendly. The restaurant is quaint and cozy, the service is awesome and the food is fresh and delicious

The place was packed without any room at the bar. We had to wait over an hour to get a seat. When does it take another hour to make a be pizza? Maybe next time my review will be better.

It has that old Italy feel and the food is amazing.

My first time ordering from here ... Pizza was decent, my friend seemed to enjoy the garlic knots but the wings were a total FAIL.... ordered medium but they were very dry, very bland and not the least bit crispy... I reheated most of them the next day in my air fryer and added my own sauce.. hundred percent improvement... 40.00 before tip... Won't be going back .. In their defense the delivery was on time and everything was hot and fresh... Wich made the wings even more inexplicable... If the place across the street near Price Chopper offered delivery I would have gone there instead... Try their Pizza!! Awesome!!

The pizza was as good as I knew it to be. I sat on the chair and waited.the chair is directly in front of the ordering counter. I found out it had been out of the oven almost ten min. If I hadn't of stood up and ask It probably be still there waiting. The women need to be more on the ball and communicate less among themselves. Customer service is important!

This place is always pretty good. The food is delicious, but sometimes the table service can be a little slow. There is a younger guy that works that takeout counter during the day who is on his game. I'd definitely recommend.

Besides the wait when there were several staff available and only a couple tables with people at them the service was good. Food was average Italian eat out, nothing to go home and brag about, not complain about.

Calzone was cold in the middle, mushrooms were raw, chunks of carbon from the oven were embedded in the bottom, very unpleasant to bite in to, waitress never came back, didn't refill drinks.... Won't be going back. The side of sauce was good.

Always happy here. One person in our party had an overcooked burger but otherwise everything was very good. And exceptional service.

I would usually give a five star for pomodoros. Delivery took a long time, almost two hours, the pizza was wrong and the fries were cold. They were kind enough to send a whole new pizza out immediately though.

Some of the best Sicilian I've had yet. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Food was brought out quickly and tasted SOOO GOOD.

Awesome! The chicken margarita will not disappoint. The portions are huge. I had enough left for 2 more dinners, and it was still very fresh. There is no better sauce around.

Used to really love this place until they told me they were closed at 8pm when they don’t close until 10. I immediately hung up on whoever answered the phone the second she said you jerks were closed. Will never waste my time here again

Awesome thick square pizza! 12 cut pizza with 2 toppings for $20. Can't beat the price. Service was great. No wait time for us. Seated immediately. Waitress showed to get drink order within 3 minutes. Pizza on the table in Less than 20 minutes. Piping hot! This was our first time here and we'll definitely be back!

Great Italian food and generous portions. I have yet to be able to finish one of their meals, service is very good, the place seems very clean. Prices are a bargain for all you get.

So, I just ordered spaghetti and meatballs takeout, simple. Comes with salad and garlic bread. Didn't want the salad, we have plenty at home. Pick it up, get home and NO GARLIC bread!! I called and was told if you don't get salad, you don't get garlic bread, but the price was the same as full meal! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Best pizza around. I love this place. It's the kind of place that you get a slice even if you're not hungry. I usually order a slice of buffalo chicken pizza and bbq chicken pizza. The cheese pizza is amazing too. I haven't ordered anything here besides pizza but people I've been with have and raved about it. The service is always friendly and it has a clean, casual atmosphere.

We eat here often when we visit Catskill. This is a nice family-oriented restaurant. There are booths and tables to accommodate any size family. The food and service are consistently excellent with a variety of typical italian dishes on the menu. The pizza, calzones, sandwiches, main dishes, and wraps are all excellent. You will not leave hungry. There are daily specials posted on a chalkboard near the front door. During the summer months it tends to be crowded at peak meal times, but quality of the service and food never seems to vary from excellent. They offer anything on the menu to go, as well. Prices are moderate. Pass by those fast food places along 9W and visit Pomodoro's instead. For a few extra dollars you'll have a real meal deal. Recommended.

The Service could have been Better . The Garlic rolls could have been alott better. They was very douhhy.

This has always been my absolute favorite pizza and Italian eatery i have ever eaten so I decided to use them for catering for my sons wedding on Sunday April 7 2019. They out did themselves. They earned 5 stars and my first ever perfect google review. I asked for delivery at 12 originally and the day before I switched that to 2. Without hesitation they were polite and happy to accommodate my wishes. They showed up right on time and the food was still hot and delivered perfectly looking delicious. Packed perfect and with all the sides I asked for including the things I added on. The cost was reasonable and everyone was amazing. I advise everyone to use this restaurant for all your Italian food needs. 😀😍

Best hot wings in Catskill hands down! They make my lips swell a bit but the flavor is so delicious I could live off them! Great job guys! May I also add in that they brought it out to my car when it was done. Didn’t even have to go back inside to grab it. Can’t wait for this virus to be over with so I can finally eat inside the place the atmosphere is nice inside.
